Internet streamer Clavicular faces battery charges after a physical altercation, with additional scrutiny over an animal cruelty incident.
Braden Eric Peters, a 20-year-old internet streamer known as Clavicular, was arrested by Fort Lauderdale police on Thursday for a battery charge stemming from an incident in central Florida last month.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, Peters is accused of instigating a fight between two women and posting a video of it on social media. A 19-year-old woman reported being battered by Violet Marie Lentz, 24, on February 2 at a residence rented by Peters.
Charges and Warrants Issued
The sheriff's office issued a warrant for Peters on charges of misdemeanor battery and criminal conspiracy to commit battery. A separate warrant was issued for Lentz on a misdemeanor battery charge, and authorities are still searching for her.
Peters was taken into custody, with his bond set at $1,000. He was released from custody late on Friday, according to booking records.
Clavicular is recognized for his involvement in the 'looksmaxxing' online movement, which focuses on enhancing physical attractiveness through various methods, as detailed in his social media content.
In a separate matter, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announced on Thursday that it is investigating a video depicting Peters and three others on an airboat in the Everglades, appearing to shoot at an alligator multiple times. It remains unclear if this investigation is directly linked to Peters' arrest.
